INVITATION BELOW

                                        An Invitation To You

Dear Members and Friends,

The China Canada Business Association (CCBA) is organizing a mission to Harbin on Jan 3 – 7, 2026 to participate in the 2026 China Harbin International Ice and Snow Festival and Business Exploration Tour.  CCBA members have been invited by the City of Harbin, the sister city of Edmonton for over 35 years.

Harbin International Ice and Snow Festival is the first international festival focusing on ice and snow activities in Chinese history. The festival, first held in 1985, is an annual event commencing at the beginning of January every year. As the capital city of Heilongjiang Province, Harbin is recognized as the cradle of ice and snow art in China and is famous for its exquisite and artistic ice and snow sculptures. Your participation will give you a once-in-a-lifetime experience of this ice and snow wonderland.

With a strong desire to increase bilateral trade, investment and cultural /art exchanges between the Edmonton Region and Harbin, CCBA will work with the Harbin government to arrange business meetings / site visits with local authorities and business communities for those of participants who also wish to explore investment and business opportunities during the visit.

As part of your CCBA membership privilege, your participation fee covers 3 nights at a 5 star hotel in Harbin, local transportation, welcome banquet, admission fee for the Festival, and more!  This is an inexpensive way to experience Harbin.  Please see the attached itinerary and package cost below.

We look forward to your participation.

Kirk Quan
President
